Here are a few questions that you may have about 9Works.
How many revisions/iterations can I get for my designs?
After the first draft you have 3 revisions/iterations for your designs. We even share the open files with you once your order is completed in case you need to edit them in future.
What is the turnaround time for a design?
You can check the average turn-around time under Service Specs. It takes between 5 - 48 hours, depending on the type of design services ordered. This may vary for custom design requests, branding services and projects like building design frameworks, websites, long-term design projects etc.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, the order can be cancelled within one hour after the order is placed. However, the refund would be according to the turn-around time of payment method selected while placing the order. Our friendly crew will always be there to help.
Do you offer refunds for purchased services?
We initiate the refund process as soon as we get confirmation on cancellation of your design order. Our crew will be there at each step to help you in the process.
What does the Regular License include?
Regular license allows you to use the designs for both personal and business projects and you own the rights to the designs. However, it does not include reselling the designs commercially.
What does the Extended License include?
Extended license gives you the right to resell the designs commercially along with rights to use the design for both personal and business projects. You own all rights to the designs.
How will I be receiving the final designs?
We usually share your design files via email and a securely hosted folder on Dropbox. In case you’d like us to share the files elsewhere, we’d be happy to help.
Who has the right to my design once the project is over?
You own the rights to all the designs which have been delivered for the services ordered by you. We do not attempt to retain any rights on the work. However, we do like to publish case studies and projects in our portfolio with prior confirmation from the customer.
How safe is my information with 9Works?
It’s our highest priority to maintain client information and data secrecy. We sign a mutual NDA to ensure your information and data is secured before processing your orders and only allow pre-vetted studios, agencies and designers/freelancers to sell their services on the platform. Furthermore, 9Works by design does not store any of your payment details and only shows your payment methods like your Credit/Debit Cards, GPay and Apple Pay that you have saved with your browser. We do not share our customer information with any third party services.
If I need designs everyday for my business?
